From Hwy 76, cut across to Hwy 62 (Main Street Newcastle) using either Hwy 130 (Fox Lane) or SW  16th,then turn south on Hwy 62.  
From Blanchard, it will be the first paved road to left almost exactly 2 miles after cross Hwy 9.
From OKC, take Interstate 44, exit 107, it is right at 5 miles going all way through Newcastle.
From Norman, take Hwy 9 west to first big exit which is Hwy 62 (Blanchard, Newcastle), go Right 2 miles

S.W. 27th Place is a 1/2 mile dead end road that only extends west from Hwy 62. At this turn there is the Hwy 62 Ministorage on the east side, and the Mini Horse farm on the west. It is a residential region called Skyview Acres. The last place on left (south) has white pipe fence around it.  Follow the drive around the house to the first building behind the house. That is the veterinary facility. Limited parking in front, but additional parking is available behind this building.

For referral convenience,  Dr. Maness has begun providing full time referral services from her Newcastle facility. New examination rooms and a roomy reception area were added in 2010 for patient and client comfort. A dedicated scan room has rheostat lighting for adjustable light levels.
